Cancellation policyIf the Guest wishes to cancel the booking it must give written communication to the Owner (an email will suffice). The cancellation will take effect from the date such communication is received by the Owner. In these circumstances the Guest will be liable to pay the following fees to the Owner: • cancellation received later than 6 weeks prior to arrival date – 100% of the Letting Fee • cancellation received 6-7 weeks prior to arrival date – 90% of the Letting Fee • cancellation received 8 weeks or more prior to arrival date – 75% of the Letting Fee
Payment policyWe will send you a Booking Form at time of booking with all details of our fees and services and with all instructions to make the payments. A non-refundable down payment of thirty percent (30%) of the rental fee will be required at time of booking to secure the property - no booking is confirmed until payment is received. Remaining balance of the rental fee should reach us no later than eight weeks prior to arrival date - if the balance is not paid on time we reserve the right to treat a booking as cancelled and our cancellation policy (set out above) will apply. Our fees are always in EUROS and all payments are collected in EUROS, by Bank Transfer. Both villas are privately owned and managed and we are unable to accept credit/debit card payments. Unless otherwise specifically agreed, our rental fees always include gas for cooking and water, gardener & pool attendant, weekly change of bed linen, bath and pool towels changed twice a week, wi-fi (fair usage only), maid/housekeeping service once a week (2 hrs), baby cot and baby chair if required. Laundry and ironing services as well as extra housekeeping services, cook services, drivers, cultural tours, wine tasting tours can all be arranged - just ask!
Villa Napoleone and Villa Paolina - as well as their grounds - are luxury accommodations and are furnished, maintained and serviced to the highest standards. This is to offer a most comfortable and enjoyable vacation to all our guests and it involves quite high costs - for this reason we have to ask a (refundable) security deposit to our guests before they can check-in. The deposit is EUR 2.500 for Villa Napoleone and EUR 1.500 for Villa Paolina, to be paid cash at time of arrival. We will release a receipt and the deposit will be fully refunded at time of checking-out, when the properties are handed over in good order. Thank you for understanding!
